As of October 19, 2026, we are not yet sharing requests with any outside company. Requests are reviewed by Elder Living Guide only. Before any request is shared, we will list each company here by name. Your consent applies only to Elder Living Guide and the companies listed on this page at the time you submit the form.
How sharing works
- We share only what you enter on the form (name, contact details, ZIP code, who needs care, the type of care, timing, and expected way of paying), plus a record of your consent.
- Each partner is a separate business with its own privacy policy.
- You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, or email snlepore@gmail.com with the subject “Opt out.”
